Your data is securely stored on cloud servers with industry-standard encryption.
- Document content sent to AI is processed in real-time and not stored permanently
- Chat history is encrypted and stored on our servers for 7 days, then automatically deleted
- Local chat cache is also encrypted
- Knowledge Base files you upload are stored encrypted in the cloud
- Reference files uploaded during AI Template writing are stored locally on your device only
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for AI processing, authentication, data storage, and Office integration. These services comply with industry security standards and have their own privacy policies.
