To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAQB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In no event shall RAQB's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
